The Canadian Association for Food Studies published its Volume 9, Number 3 journal issue on October, 10, 2022. This issue explores the nexus of education, food, and youth with a particular focus on school food programs across Canada. Other topics covered in this issue include the impacts of COVID-19 on Manitoba’s charitable food sector and the engagement of youth in food preservation techniques in Western Canada.
