Michael Giorgio, UTSC Class of 2003
Director, Customer Experience Technology Enablement, TELUS

Michael is a 15 year veteran of the TELUS team and a proud UTSC alum. As a student of the business and dedicated leader he has had the opportunity to lead teams across many departments and within multiple disciplines. His experience includes roles in Customer Operations, Marketing, Human Resources and Technology. Perhaps one of his greatest passions is teaching, finding opportunities within his organization and in the community to deliver courses and seminars ranging from financial acumen to career growth. Michael is a proud father of 2 boys and continues his education every day alongside his wife on how to be a good parent, he now regrets saying Krashinsky’s (Sr.) Macroeconomics class was the hardest thing ever!
