Andrew holds an LLB from Queen's and graduated in 2016 with a PhD in Political Science in Canadian Politics and Public Policy. Andrew’s research interests focus on Canadian federalism, intergovernmental relations and constitutional law. He is currently writing a dissertation on the stabilization of Canadian federalism post 1995. his publications include McDougall, Andrew (2012) The Challenges of Repatriating Aboriginal Cultural Property in Canada.
