Fall 2018 and Fall/Winter 2018/19 Permits will be available for purchase in-person or online starting Monday, July 16th at 9am.
Permits ordered online between July 16th and August 17th (inclusive) will be mailed to the address on your Parking account.
Permits ordered online on August 18th or later must be picked up in the Parking Services Office (Room IC40).
Please allow one business day before picking up your permit. Photo I.D. is required.
You must have a valid prox card to enter the parking lots G and H. Prox cards are non transferable.
If you have an existing prox card, it can be re-used. For permits being mailed (ordered online from July 16th-August 17th), prox cards will be automatically reactivated. For permits being picked up (ordered August 18th or later), prox cards will not be reactivated until the permit has been picked up.
If you do not have an existing prox card, you must order one when you purchase your new permit. Please note that when ordering online, the prox card must be added to your cart before you are able to select a permit.
Permits must be paid for online using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. The permit may only be picked up by the person whose name is on the Parking account. No exceptions will be made or notes of authorization accepted in the interest of protecting the privacy and purchase made by our online customers.
