Tracey is committed to providing students with opportunities to develop the skills and practice needed to be successful in both their job search and in the workplace. She brings her passion and energy when consulting with students and strives to tailor a learning experience designed to meet the needs of each student.
Tracey has an undergraduate degree in Engineering, a MBA with a major in Human Resources, and almost 10 years of HR experience. Previously, Tracey worked in a talent acquisition role at Ricoh Canada; she also managed the national recruitment program at Imperial Oil, attracting hundreds of co-op and graduate hires annually. In addition to managing Imperial’s recruitment team, Tracey facilitated candidate selection and behavioural interview training for managers.
Tracey joined Management Co-op in November 2015 and is excited to bring her expertise in recruitment to her current role.
