Groups offered Winter 2017

Join a group to gain support from fellow students and learn you are not alone in what you are experiencing.

Learn new skills to enhance your university experience and improve your general health and well-being.

All groups will take place in the Health & Wellness Centre, SL-270, unless otherwise noted. Most groups will be starting the week of January 30 2017, with exceptions noted below.

8-10 WEEK GROUPS – Weekly attendance, pre-registration required.

Mirror, Mirror -Self-image and Disordered Eating– Thursdays 12-1pm

Self-Compassion – Tuesdays at 12-1pm

Creating Social Connections- Wednesdays at 3-4pm

Mind and Body – Wednesdays at 315-445pm (TPASC). Starts January 11

Strength-Based Resilience Group-Tuesdays at 3-430pm OR Thursdays at 3-430pm – Starting mid-January 2017

Mood Matters – Wednesdays at 12-1pm

Can’t attend weekly?  Try our DROP IN GROUPS

PAUSE – Mondays from 315-345pm

Relaxation and Meditation -Wednesdays, 3-4pm (SL-279). Starts January 4

Graduate Student Group – Date and time TBD. To commence February 2017

Over the RAINBOW LGBTQ+ Group - Fridays at 12-1pm. Starts January 13.
