The Principal’s Service Excellence Awards are the newly revamped Principal's Staff Awards which were established in 2016 to recognize and celebrate the outstanding contributions of administrative staff who consistently demonstrate excellent performance in support of UTSC strategic priorities and objectives.
At UTSC, we all have leadership roles that support the strategic direction for the campus. No matter our location within, or our relationship to, the institution, we are the key to UTSC’s success: as a member of the grounds crew who thoughtfully and appropriately respond in a snow storm to the needs of our diverse community of individuals with different abilities; as an administrative assistant who supports a faculty member who enriches our curriculum with a variety of intellectual perspectives and knowledge systems; as a director who makes access to a UTSC education possible for talented students who may otherwise not be able to avail themselves of such an opportunity.
