Human Resource Services at the University of Toronto Scarborough has partnered with Karen Natasha Coaching, a career, business coaching and leadership consulting service, to provide you with a uniquely designed suite of workshops called the Elev8 Program.
Elev8, designed by Karen Natasha Coaching, is a robust training program with adopted principles from a design thinking approach. This innovative program includes a series of professional development modules that will challenge assumptions, bring clarity, train, and support you to develop as a professional. You will gain key skills such as adaptability, deep awareness, communication, resilience, critical thinking and leadership. These workshops are informative, highly interactive and designed with your needs in mind.
The Elev8 program will provide a high level of support and resources mixed with a multidimensional program. Some of the program resources include worksheets, group exercises, and interactive collaboration. Elev8 incorporates key human-centred techniques delivered by high-quality trainers from diverse backgrounds to teach, coach, and develop our UTSC staff community.
Following each workshop, you will be invited to participate in an optional discussion/Q & A session.
Upon completion of all nine modules or the Health and Wellness modules or the Communication and Leadership modules in the Elev8 program, you will receive a certificate recognizing you for your achievements.
