Patrick Phillips Award for Staff ServiceEach year, the Patrick Phillips Award for Staff Service is awarded to a deserving staff member in recognition of selfless duty and dedicated service to the University of Toronto Scarborough. The Award is given annually on the advice of a Selection Committee made up of various campus constituencies including faculty, staff and students. The recipient is honoured at the annual Celebration of Distinguished Services, normally held in June, with a framed certificate. Nomination Deadline: Friday, April 14, 2023 at 5:00 PM |

Selection CommitteeThe D.R. Campbell Merit Award is presented for “outstanding contribution” which is deemed to mean: dedicated service to UTSC beyond the person’s normal role and/or initiation and development of a new UTSC program, facility, event, or publication. The Patrick Phillips Award for Staff Service is awarded each year to a deserving staff member who displays competence, commitment, courtesy and concern for others routinely; who without fanfare or self-promotion, contributes daily to the success of the campus.
