Food Service Updates for Fall

Return to Meal Plans

As the University of Toronto plans for a safe return to campus in the Fall, Food Partnerships at UTSC continues to monitor and offer solutions around the COVID-19 pandemic. We are committed to offering students a variety of food options to choose from. Below is a highlight of what students can expect on campus in the Fall Semester:

BOXED MEAL PROGRAM

Exclusive to students living in Residence, the Boxed Meal Program offers meal delivery right to your Residence front door.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. You will receive daily emails containing a rotating menu. View a sample menu here
  2. All orders are placed via our Mobile Ordering App (IOS download link) (Android download link)
  3. Boxed Meals can only be purchased with Meal Plan or TBucks
  4. Purchasing with your Meal Plan will save you 13% in taxes
  5. Meals are delivered right to your residence door

​MOBILE FOOD ORDERING

Avoid the lineups and place your meal orders in advance from participating on campus food service locations

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Download the Transact Mobile Order App from the Apple or Google App stores
  2. Browse offerings from participating on campus food service locations
  3. Order within the app using Meal Plan, TBucks or any major Credit Card
  4. Purchasing with your Meal Plan will save you 13% in taxes
  5. You will receive an alert once your order is ready for pick up

DINE IN OPTIONS

Where it is safe to do so, a variety of on campus locations will be open and available for dine in

Beginning the Fall Semester, the following locations will re-open on campus:

  • H-Wing Marketplace - Reopens September 7, 11 am - 3 pm Monday to Thursday, 11 am - 2 pm Friday
  • Student Centre Food Court - Reopens September 7 - Vendors will vary(Monday - Thursday 11am - 8pm, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 12pm - 5pm)
  • La Prep - Reopens September 7, 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday
  • Tim Hortons - Starting September 7, 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday
  • Starbucks - Reopens September 7, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30 to 2:00 pm Friday
  • TPASC Food Court (hours coming soon)
