Students Present at Teaching and Learning Conference

International Society for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning

Maria Assif (English), Corinne Beauquis (French), Maria Panaligan (English), and Zainab Issa (French) presented at the 2021 International Society for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, which was hosted virtually from the University of Western Australia (UWA) in Perth, Australia. The title of their presentation was: "The Concept of Partnership in SaP and WIL: A Comparative Case Study."

Zainab Issa is a fourth-year student at UTSC, currently completing a major in Neuroscience and double minor in Psychology and French. She has contributed to the UTSC community through various clubs, initiatives, and events, and recently she participated in the ISSOLT conference, showcasing her experiences while taking FREB11: French Language in the School System. 

 

Maria Panaligan is a fourth-year student at UTSC, currently completing a major in English and double minor in Theatre & Performance Studies and Music & Culture. She is a part-time English tutor and is pursuing a Teaching degree in order to continue applying and sharing her love for learning, collaboration, and education.
