How to Be a Scholar-Artist, And How It Can Save Your Life

Join UTSC English alum Dr. Adrian De Leon for a public lecture and accompanying workshop that will consider what it means to lead a fulfilling creative life while surviving the perils of academic life. At the workshop, students are invited to bring either their best undergraduate essay, or an assignment that gave them some form of difficulty. Throughout the session, we will develop and workshop poetry out of these projects, then share our pieces with the group.
