Leah Erlich (they/them/she/her) is a social worker who has been working with children, youth, young adults, and adults over the past 7 years. Leah's therapeutic approach is primarily informed by narrative therapy ideas as well as dialectical behaviour therapy and solution-focused therapy. She believes that we are each the expert in our own life and that sometimes our own expertise needs to be asked the right questions to become visible to us. Leah enjoys reading, video games, playing the saxophone, and hanging out with dogs and cats whenever possible.
