For Students and Volunteers:

ELDC offers two leadership and peer facilitation programs:

1. The Facilitation Training Certificate Program (FTC) is an opportunity for highly committed students who have attended the Communication Cafe series to participate in trainig designed to develop peer facilitation skills and to take up a leadership-mentoring role in our academic community

2. The English Language Learning (ELL) Peer Partner program provides an opportunity for students who wish to contribute back to ELDC and UTSC by sharing their experience and knowledge with incoming students who are seeking friendly support to help develop their English language and communication skills. Peer partners play a crucial role by facilitating ELD activities and supporting the development and networking of students within the community.
