My name is Megan Robleh and I will be in Nairobi, Kenya with Aga Khan University. For the next 8 months, I will be working as a Business Project Intern at the School of Nursery and Midwifery. I am very excited to be working with an organization that is dedicated to transforming health and improving lives.
Starting June 2019, I will be on placement with Agha Khan University in Nairobi as a business project intern. I will be specifically working on an advanced nursing studies programme at the School of Nursing and Midwifery’s (SONAM). The programme is tailored to ensure that health services are more responsive to the needs of the people. The overall goal of the School is to enhance nursing education, policy, practice and research to improve patient care in East Africa. My position will involve communication with various stakeholders such as potential donors and government offices, and faculty of Aga Khan University. I will be managing a portfolio of projects and supporting the Dean and the Academic Head of the SONAM in promoting the network initiatives and educational resources.
