Over the years the Culinaria Research Centre has been home to numerous interdisciplinary projects and research events, from intimate lecture series to international symposia. We have supported work moving across time and space, exploring the roles of food locally and globally, and in both the distant past and with an eye towards a sustainable future. Our community of scholars, students, and community experts and coordinators has grown into a large and dynamic network of ideas and practices in the study of food and its applications. These pages archive both small and large-scale projects that built our framework and mandate as a food studies research centre.
