Situated in the dynamic, expansive, and multienthic Greater Toronto Area, Culinaria has had the honour of working with community groups on public-facing research over many years. The impact of the pandemic on local foodways has demanded even stronger connections between academic and community work and the centre is working to continue fostering and developing those connections with specific projects and collaborations, as well as an expansive mandate of community engagement.
