The University of Toronto offers a range of courses of food, across disciplines and campuses. Seminar courses and tutorials at the Scarborough campus are taught in the Culinaria Kitchen Lab, pictured above. The lab follows university and municipal food handling and COVID-related health and safety protocols. It is equipped with A/V capabilities for livestream and recorded food demonstrations, as well as in-class projector and television feeds. It features convection ovens, an industrial fridge and freezer, and the tools and equipment to facilitate the experiential learning courses and tutorials offered.
