Al Hearn, Ph.D. is an Educational Developer for Experiential Learning (EL). Al has worked in the EL field for over 20 years. He assists faculty with all aspects of developing and delivering EL courses through one on one consultation and workshops. He is currently conducting research on hybrid experiential learning. Al is also working with a team to develop student preparation modules for EL with a grant from eCampus Ontario.
