Scarborough Campus Townhouses
On-campus townhouse accommodations are available for the duration of the conference starting at $55.00 per room per night. Townhouses feature six private bedrooms, with shared washroom and common areas. Bed linen and towels are provided. If you would like to book a townhouse room for yourself, please do so through the conference registration system by checking the “Staying On Campus” box at the Parking Services portion of the menu. Housemate preferences can be added to the reservation.
Scarborough Fare Conference Hotel
We were delighted to make arrangements with Scarborough’s finest hotel, the Delta Toronto East, as our conference hotel. See below for the special group rate.
To take advantage of this group rate, you can call Zabina Meghji, reservations manager, at 416-299-0562, ext 6006, or email her at zabina.meghji@deltatorontoeast.com Alternately, you can call Delta’s Global Reservations Office at 1-800-268-1133.
For ease of booking callers must identify themselves with the group code GFOOD2016 or as being with the Association for the Study of Food and Society (apologies to members of AFHVS, CAFS, and SAFN).
Regardless of how reservations are made, reservation requests must be made by May 24, 2016 in order to qualify for the group rate.
