Step 2: Choose Form
A Space Application Change Form is required to request for new space or changes in the UTSC Space Allocation Line Inventory
A Public Realm – Space Allocation Change Form is required to install or setup a structure, exhibit, display and/or new equipment on UTSC Campus. The public realm is defined as all internal and external spaces on campus.
Step 3: Submission
Completed forms with authorization signatures can be submitted here.
