The Office of Business, Operations, and Strategic Affairs (BOSA), under the direction of the Chief Administrative Officer, provides leadership to the administrative functions and overall operational management of the 300-acre campus.
Critical to BOSA’s vision is that the campus be developed in an environmentally responsible manner and is able to grow and adapt to changing economic, technological, and programmatic needs. The portfolio has several major capital projects currently in development to meet the growing and unique space needs that will help serve the University and surrounding community. These projects and initiatives are undertaken to achieve the highest standards possible in the areas of excellence in sustainable design, high-quality public realm and landscapes, mobility options, natural heritage protection, resource management, and universal accessibility.
The office of the CAO works with other divisions of the University to explore key partnership opportunities and establish relationships with public and private sector for joint research, innovation, infrastructure and services.
The Chief Administrative Officer, Andrew Arifuzzaman is the head of this unit.
