Improve your flexibility by combining yoga postures with mobility exercises to strengthen the body and improve your overall well-being. Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.

This 5-week program runs on Tuesdays from 12:00 - 1:00pm, starting February 26th in AC227.  Register in person or online at recreation.utoronto.ca
