Virtual Summer Programs - Session 2

This summer the Department of Athletics & Recreation will be offering a variety of virtual programming options.  Registration is now open at recreation.utoronto.ca - once registration is completed, participants will be emailed a link to join the virtual program.

Games Night

Stretching Workshop
Feeling stiffness in the neck and upper back? How about tightness in the chest & hips? Experiencing low back soreness? Then come join us for this workshop where you can learn some stretches and movements you can incorporate in your daily routine to help counter and prevent stiff aching muscles & joints.  Sessions will be held through Zoom, please complete registration to receive link.
