This summer the Department of Athletics & Recreation will be offering a variety of virtual programming options.  Registration is now open at recreation.utoronto.ca - once registration is completed, participants will be emailed a link to join the virtual program.

Friday Night Socials
Grab your pajamas and join us for Friday Night Socials.  From fun discussions to dance competitions, you do not want to miss out!  Zoom link provided upon registration.

Friday, June 19th from 7:00 - 8:00pm - Ready to have some fun and make new friends? Join our witty, funny and creative Scavenger Hunt challenge and recall past life experiences! Discover hidden stories about each other and seek out ways to complete the missions!

Games Night
Join us on Wednesday nights to compete in a rotating schedule of classic board and card games. Connect with your friends on our online platform. We hope to see you, and good luck!  Sessions will be held through Zoom, please complete registration to receive link.

Nutrition Workshops
Learn to make healthy and delicious snacks in the comfort of your own home. Customize your meals based on your dietary restrictions and preference. No experience necessary. Ingredient list and Zoom link will provided upon registration.

Join the discussion with fellow U of T students as we virtually navigate through various health & wellness topics.   Sessions will be held through Zoom, please complete registration to receive link.

Upcoming Sessions:
Wednesday, June 10th from 12:00 - 1:00pm – Get Moving During COVID. 
This session will be led by our UTSC Fitness staff to offer a platform where we can share what we are doing during these times of physical distancing and give you an opportunity to ask questions. We will also save some time to show you some creative ways to exercise at home.  All you need is a small clear space, athletic shoes and clothing.  No equipment needed.
