Join the Athletics & Recreation team this month for a variety of virtual activities.  All programs are free and do not require advance registration.  Sessions will be held through zoom, details below.

Maple Leafs Watch Party
Game #3: Toronto Maple Leafs vs. Montreal Canadiens
The Hockey Playoffs are in full effect and for the first time in over 40 years the Montreal Canadiens and the Toronto Maple Leafs will face-off.  Join other UTSC students and staff and cheer for your favourite team!

Join our Nutrition & Exercise specialists to get tips on creating a healthy weekly workout and eating regime. Get ready to be inspired toward an active and energizing lifestyle. There will be additional time after the workshop for discussion, please have a pen and paper handy. Virtual Registered Classes
Looking to stay active while at home?  Try one of our FREE 4-week virtual registered programs – Dancefit, Kickboxing, Ballet, Latin Dance, Volleyball, Basketball and Soccer.  Videos are released weekly on Monday and begin the week of May 17th.  Registration is required at recreation.utoronto.ca
