Soul on Ice Screening: March 10th

The University of Toronto’s Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education and Hart House, partnered with the Department of Athletics and Recreation at both UTSC and UTM, are proud to present Soul on Ice: Past Present and Future. This captivating documentary looks at the history and future of black hockey players from the minor leagues to the majors. With their numbers on the rise, the film focuses on how the history of black athletes in hockey has influenced and encouraged more youth and their families to put their children into programs, regardless of race.

Transportation will be provided for UTSC students, staff and faculty. A FREE bus will be leaving the Student Centre at 5:30pm and will return around 10:30pm.
