Small Group Workouts - New Sessions!

Join us weekly on Tuesday's from 2:00 - 2:45pm to get your workout on!  This program will allow you to experience the benefits of working with a Personal Trainer in a fun and motivating small group setting. No experience necessary, all fitness levels are welcome. Each week our expert coaches will lead you through a dynamic workout focusing on specific muscle groups catering to each of your fitness needs to minimize time and maximize your results. Registration is required through recreation.utoronto.ca, once registered participants will be emailed a zoom link.
