We offer drop in and registered instructor led programs and classes for all fitness levels. If you prefer to work out on your own time, get energized using our brand new Cardio & Weight machines. You must try our new "playground", the Synrgy training system in the weight room. Staff will be pleased to help give you an orientation for this equipment.
Do you feel like you need some help setting up some exercise and wellbeing goals? We offer complimentary Student Fitness Consultations to help get you started. Do you need some motivation in a group setting? Check out our free group fitness classes including Zumba & Cyclefit. Our registered programming includes experienced instructors helping you to excel in a specialized area including Martial Arts, Dance and many more options.

Fitness and Recreation
A variety of high and low exercise options are available and no experience is necessary. Some classes require pre-registration as there is limited space. Registration can be done online at recreation.utoronto.ca or in person at the Registration desk located in the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre.
