Join us for an informative discussion on healthy meal planning, current diet trends and preparing meals for your week.  We will also include best foods for pre/post exercise and tips on weight management.   

This discussion will take place on Wednesday, March 30 from 5:30 - 7:00 pm in the Leadership room of the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre.  Snacks will be provided.
