There’s a lot of pressure for women to look a certain way and to go on diets to try and trim down or build more curves from social media. Let’s start the conversation!

Come join the Woman Fitness Ambassadors in this workshop to discuss fostering a more positive relationship with our bodies and looking at food as nourishment to fuel our positive selves. Restrictive dieting and doing fad exercises really does more harm to our bodies so learning to eat a variety of healthy foods, easy meal preps, and progressive functional exercises is a great way to love our bodies and keep healthy for the long run.

This discussion will be held in the VIP room of the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre
