Fit Breaks

We’ve been hosting Fit-Breaks in classes to help students de-stress in a healthy way using physical activity! By integrating activity into the usual lecture breaks, students get a chance to get up and moving, refresh their mind, and refocus for class. It’s also a small reminder of how important making time for physical activity is in your day-to-day life. Although we’re busy, baby steps like the Fit-Break program helps to create a campus culture that emphasizes the overall health of its students.
