Empow(HER)ment Series

Join this bi-weekly interactive series where you can meet other self-identified women to workout together, have open discussions on positive body image, nutrition/cooking tips, sexual health and other hot topics.  Sessions will take place through zoom and participants will be emailed a link after registration.  Register for this free event through recreation.utoronto.ca
