Our instructional classes will be starting again for the second half of the semester. Classes start on Monday, July 6th and will run for 5 weeks. Karate, Hip Hop, Self Defense, and Salsa will all be offered.
Drop in sports are now available in the Pallandi Gymnasium (main campus) from Monday to Thursday. Basketball, volleyball and badmintion will be offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 1pm to 7:30pm and on Tuesdays from 1pm to 5pm.
Join us every Monday, from 6pm to 8pm, for our drop in multi-sport program. A variety of sports will be available to play each week. Follow us on social media or check our website to find out what sports are featured for the upcoming week.
Looking to get active? Why not come out and join the Sneaker Squad for a walk or run? The Sneaker Squad organizes walks (up tp 5k) and runs (up to 5k or between 5k and 10k). This program is free for all UTSC students, faculty, and staff.
The Athletics Alumni Chapter, in association with the Department of Athletics and Recreation, will be hosting a Mix and Mingle for Spring Reunion 2015. Join us, on Saturday, May 30, at 6:00pm in the IC Atrium.
Summer Programming starts today, May 25! For students, most of our programming is free of cost. If you are a non registered student you have the option of purchasing a student non registered membership or using our program punch cards.
Summer 2015 Program Punch Cards are now on sale. UTSC faculty and staff, along with non registered students (who choose not to purchase a non registered membership), can purchase punch cards to enjoy Athletic and Recreation programming.
