Congratulations to our U of T Scarborough Arts & Science Co-op Students for being recipients of the University of Toronto Student Leadership Award!
Farah Ahmad is a fourth-year Public Policy co-op student at UTSC who is also minoring in Economics and Public Law. She is currently the President of UTSC’s Political Science Students’ Association, and editor for Margins Magazine, and the Student Recruitment Assistant at the Office of Admissions and Student Services. Farah was previously the Social Science Director on the Co-op Students’ Association and the Director of Corporate Relations for the Law Society at UTSC.
Farah Rahim is a fourth-year Public Policy co-op student at UTSC who is also double majoring in English. She is currently an Undergraduate Research Assistant on the study “Mental Health Support in a Writing-Intensive First Year Course” supervised by Dr. Maria Assif. She is also President of UTSC’s Students of English Literature and Film, and is a member of UTSC’s Sigma Tau Delta Chapter. Previously, Farah has served as a Student Recruitment Assistant at the Office of Admissions and Student Services, as a Campus and Events Ambassador for UTSC, and the Marketing and Events Associate for UTSC’s Co-op Students Association.
Vjura Senthilnathan is a fourth-year Neuroscience co-op student at UTSC who is also minoring in Biology and Psychology. She is currently the Arts and Science Co-President of the UTSC Co-op Students’ Association and the Director of Volunteers of the Alzheimer’s Society UTSC. She is also a First-Year Peer Advisor at the Office of Student Experience and Wellbeing. Vjura was previously the Psychology and Neuroscience Director on the Co-op Students’ Association, a research volunteer at the Faculty of Medicine at UofT, and an Admissions Student Mentor at the Office of Admissions and Student Recruitment.
