Project: Archaeology Labs (DCM Design and Construction with BSN)

Four Archaeology Research Labs were relocated from dark and cramped space to a quad of renovated open laboratory spaces in the Science Wing. The renovation of a bank of research spaces together allowed for the reintroduction of skylights as a pilot project that can inform future renovation across the SW Building.  Here, the quality of natural light and access to long sky views that have been introduced supports the health and wellness of faculty and students, extending the value of building renewal well beyond the purely functional.SW221A
