DCM’s work starts with a commitment to create spaces of quality, functionality, longevity, and innovation. Architects, engineers and designers work collaboratively with clients to design the best possible solution for each project and its supporting infrastructure, within funds available and with consideration of larger campus goals and strategies.
Through the maintenance of the campus space inventory, and a program of comprehensive campus space planning, the team is able to recognize, recommend and plan for changes that meet broad objectives over localized interests. Once translated into projects, the design team works closely with the client and project manager from project start through design and construction to ensure project scope and ambitions are realized.
