Management and Human Resources at the University of Toronto Scarborough

You’ll graduate from our specialist program qualified to work in any area of human resources (HR) management, or pursue a graduate degree in the field, potentially with advanced standing. Our innovative curriculum exceeds all coursework requirements for the CHRP designation and focuses on making sure you’re thoroughly prepared for the CHRP certification exam (a common requirement for upper-level HR positions). Experiential learning is rooted in our courses, and you’ll apply the latest management and human resources theories to real-world problems within and outside the classroom.  

We go beyond teaching you how HR practices work — you’ll also thoroughly explore why these practices exist in the first place. Gain an advanced level of discipline-specific knowledge and skills.
