Program Summary

The Minor in Curatorial Studies provides an introduction to understanding and working with exhibitions, collections, interventions, and texts in diverse communities, within a globalized world. Students will work toward a creative cultural practice through the study of media, materials and techniques, research methodologies, cultural theory, training in connoisseurship, critical analysis of art and social relationships, and in the organization of exhibitions, interventions and on-line projects.
