myAIMS Student Information

myAIMS (AccessAbility Information Management System)

Every student registered with AccessAbility Services will have their own myAIMS online service account. The myAIMS account allows students to: 
• Confirm and activate accommodations for courses, and issue Letters of Accommodation to faculty 
• Access and manage Peer Note Taking accommodations
• Request, confirm and cancel quiz, test, or exam accommodations online
• Submit forms to AccessAbility Services via secure upload.  See the Document Upload Portal Guide [PDF] for detailed instructions on how to upload documents via myAIMS.
• View appointments and test/exam schedules online

Students will be prompted to enter their UTORid username and password. If you have not yet activated your UTORid, please visit this link.

Courses on Alternate Campuses

Please note that the UTSC myAIMS account will not provide access to course notes from alternate campuses (i.e. St. George or UTM).   If courses from an alternate campus appear on a myAIMS account, please be advised that these requests will not result in note taking supports, test requests etc.  Once accommodations have been activated by a student's home campus, they must contact the Disability Services Office on alternate campuses in order to receive accommodations.  For more information on this process, please visit our Taking Courses on Another Campus info page
