Information and Instructional Technology Service:


When students are issued their student card, they are given a 
Secret Activation Key (S.A.K.) sheet to activate their UTORid.

If students do not have a student card (lost/misplaced) 
they can reissue a new one at the TCard office 
located next to the circulation area in the library. 
(UTORid is printed on student card)

If students have not activated their UTORid 
and do not have the S.A.K. they can:
  * go to B487 and ask us to give them the SAK 
  * go to T-Card office near circulation desk in library 

If students:
  * have not yet activated their UTORid and do not know their S.A.K.,  
  * OR have activated their UTORid but do not remember their S.A.K. 
go to B487 and ask for it to be reset.

At all times, please have student card ready. 
Passwords including the SAK are not provided via phone or email 
since we are not able to verify the identity of the student.
