Application: Upper Year Applications are currently being accepted.

Eligibility

Approximately 50% of residence beds are available to upper year students. There is a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) requirement of 1.6 cumulative to be readmitted to residence.

However, preference for first round offers will be given to students who have a 2.0 C.G.P.A.

Residence fees from the previous year must be paid in full in by August 1st, 2012 in order to be re-admitted to residence.

If you have not yet applied for residence we encourage you to submit an online application. Because there are a number of cancellations and withdrawals between March through August it allows us to make numerous residence offers throughout the summer.

Before You Apply

  • For best results, the Online Applications must be used in Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher.
  • The Online Applications uses pop-ups, please configure your pop-up blocker to allow pop-ups from the site: http://res-rms-server.utsc.utoronto.ca/
  • After initial login, make sure that your Profile is up to date and your password is changed.
  • The Online Residence Agreement and Accessibility forms are to be viewed, saved and/or printed using Adobe Acrobat.
  • Students have until June 30, 2012 to add, delete or modify their roommates, using a 4 digit RMS IDas well as their housing preference. Please contact the Student Housing Office if you need to know your personal RMS ID number.
  • Students have the option of using a credit card for submitting an Online Deposit.
  • A photo is required for each application. The purpose of the photo submission is to build community development and for emergency responses. Click here for student housing photos specifications.
