Official Check-In Day for Fall & Winter Session: Monday September 3rd, 2012

Fall & Winter Session

Residents will check-in at the Residence Centre Monday September 3rd, 2012 between 9:00am and 3:30pm. At check-in, Residents will receive keys and important information regarding rules, activities and support. Residents arriving after the check-in period must notify the Housing Office in writing by 4pm Friday, August 24h, 2012.

Otherwise, the University reserves the right to cancel the reservation and/or re-allocate house assignment. Upon check-in, the Resident must complete and submit a Unit & Conditions report to the Student Housing Office. There will be special booths set up from various services such as Aramark Foods, ResNet and other UTSC Services. We encourage all students to make the utmost effort to arrive for residence on the Official Check-In day.

Three Easy Steps to Check-In

  1. Find a place to park in the residence parking lot and then head to the Management Building.
  2. Once you get to the front desk, have your House I.D. letter and/or a piece of personal photo identification ready. You will then receive your keys and Student Handbook from our office.
  3. After you receive your keys you will be whisked away by one of our many volunteers. They will show you to your new house and answer any questions you might have. Once you find your house start unpacking and start making the house your home.

Winter Session 2013

Residents may check into residence starting Sunday January 6th, 2013 starting from 9am to 9pm. If the Student Housing Office is closed, the student should contact the Residence Advisor on duty 416.688.3818; provide student id and then collect his/her keys. If a student plans on checking in after the first day of classes Monday January 7th, 2013 then the student must notify the Student Housing office of their late arrival to avoid losing their spot and deposit for residence.
