Information regarding the check-in day process will be available in August 2017.
Students wishing to arrive post check-in day are to email the SHRL Office no later than August 18th, 2017; with their name, student number, date of arrival and approximate time. Without this notice, students who do not check in on their scheduled move in date are at risk of losing their space in residence.
Residents may check into residence starting Wednesday, January 3rd, 2018. If the Student Housing Office is closed, the student should contact the Residence Advisor on duty 416.688.3818; provide student ID and then collect his/her keys. If a student plans on checking in after the first day of classes on Friday January 5th, 2018, then the student must notify SHRL of their late arrival to avoid losing their spot and deposit for residence.
Room Assignments will be sent out to incoming fall residents in August. Please note that room assignments may be subject to change prior to move in day. If a room change occurs SHRL will try to contact those affected in an expeditious manner.
SHRL has partnered with Residence Linens to offer the opportunity for you to pre-order your bedding and linens right to your residence room. If you place an order by Monday, August 21, your bedding will be delivered so that it is in your room when you arrive on Move In Day! You do not need to provide your room assignment to place an order.
