Move in day for Fall 2012: Monday September 3rd, 2012

Eligibility

A student to be considered as a First Year Student is a student who has just completed high school, or is transferring from an other institution by which the University of Toronto does not accept previous credits.

Before You Apply

For best results, the Online Applications must be used in Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher.
The Online Applications uses pop-ups, please configure your pop-up blocker to allow pop-ups from the site: http://res-rms-server.utsc.utoronto.ca/
After initial login, make sure that your Profile is up to date and your password is changed.
The Online Residence Agreement and Accessibility forms are to be viewed, saved and/or printed using Adobe Acrobat.
Students have until June 30, 2012 to add, delete or modify their roommates, using a 4 digit RMS IDas well as their housing preference. Please contact the Student Housing Office if you need to know your personal RMS ID number.
Students have the option of using a credit card for submitting an Online Deposit. (If applying before the June 30, 2012 deadline.)
A photo is required for each application. The purpose of the photo submission is to build community development and for emergency responses. Click here for student housing photos specifications.

If you are attending University of Toronto Scarborough as a student with a disability, please complete and submit an Access Needs in Residence Form . If you require Attendant Care Services, please complete both the Access Needs in Residence Form and the Supplemental Form -Attendant Care.
