Residence Fees

The Residence fees include all utilities (water, heat and electricity), ResNet (University internet) and the Student Residence Council fee. Additional costs may include: meals (optional meal plan available), telephone, cable and laundry.

Please note: If you are registered for both Fall and Winter sessions, your fees will be billed to your ROSI account one session at a time only. As of Mid-December your Winter session fees will be posted to your ROSI account and not before then. Only upper year students are eligible to request fall only terms.

*Holiday Closure in December: The University is closed from 5:00pm on December 21, 2012 through January 7, 2013. As such, the Resident is expected to vacate the room during the closure until Sunday January 6, 2013 but may leave their belongings behind. The Resident is expected to secure alternate accommodation during this period. International students, out of province students and students with extenuating circumstances can apply to stay in residence during the holiday closure. A fee will be charged to stay during this period.
