In order to accept an offer of residence, you must submit the non-refundable deposit as indicated by the due-dates below or in your offer of residence email. The Residence deposit is submitted using a Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express). A student must be logged into the online application (Student Housing Portal) when submitting an online deposit.
To complete an online deposit, a student must be one of the following:
The deposit will be processed and credited to the student’s ACORN/ROSI account and the deposit will offset the remainder of the residence fees which will be posted to the Student Account by mid-August for Fall &Winter and Fall Only sessions and by mid-December for Winter Only sessions. All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits are handled securely through Moneris
Solutions , a third party authorized by VISA and Mastercard. Moneris
provides the Student Housing & Residence Life Office with payment
confirmation only. The Student Housing & Residence Life Office
and the University of Toronto Scarborough will not have
access to your credit card information.
If you are unable to pay by credit card please mail or deliver to the Student Housing & Residence Life Office either a certified cheque or money order, payable to the University of Toronto. Personal cheques are not accepted. If mailing a certified cheque or a money order please ensure the student’s name and student number are clearly printed on the back of the cheque and sent to the following address by the deadline indicated in the offer.
