| May 18 | Last day to add 'F' and 'Y' courses. |
| May 19 | Victoria Day University closed. |
| June 8 | Last day to drop 'F' courses from the academic record and the G.P.A.** |
| June 23 | Last day of classes in 'F' courses. Last day for submission of term assignments in 'F' courses. |
| June 24 | First day of classes in 'S' (June-August) classes. |
| July 1 | Canada Day Holiday University closed. |
| July 1-4 | Reading Week. (Classes continue on other campuses.) |
| July 7 | Classes resume in 'Y' and 'S' courses |
| July 20 | Last day to drop 'Y' courses from the academic record and the G.P.A.** |
| July 8 | Last day to add 'S' courses. |
| July 29 | Last day to drop 'S' courses from the academic record and the G.P.A.** |
| July 31 | Last day to confirm intention to graduate at the Fall Convocation. |
| August 4 | Civic holiday University closed. |
| August 11 | Last day of classes in 'Y' and 'S' courses. Last day for submission of term assignments in 'Y' and 'S' courses. |
| August 12 - 15 | Study Break. (Examinations in courses on other campuses.) |
| August 18 - 22 | Final examinations in 'Y' & 'S' courses. 2003 Winter deferred examinations.* |
| November 17-20 | The UTSC Fall Convocation will likely take place between these dates |
