Sessional Lecturers
The University recognizes the Canadian Union of Public Employees,
Local 3902, Unit 3, as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for
all persons in the employ of The Governing Council of the University
of Toronto in the City of Toronto and the Region of Peel engaged
in teaching, demonstrating, tutoring or marking/grading, save and
except teaching assistants, graduate students/post-doctoral fellows
at the University of Toronto and other specific persons outlined
in the Collective Agreement.
