*Fall and Winter term permits are priced at 50% of the 8-month Fall/Winter permit rate, PLUS a 12% premium. This premium is applied to term permits to cover additional permit printing cost, administrative expenses and transaction costs incurred due to the increased number of sales periods.
U of T Scarborough campus Fall/Winter Parking Permits are valid from September to May of the following year (exact dates vary each year). Students may purchase a 4-month semester parking permit if desired (i.e. September-December, January-May), or purchase the 8-month Fall/Winter permit.

Residence Permits
Students
Residence permits sales begin on the first week of school.. Students intending to purchase residence permits must bring their vehicle registration with them to the Parking Services office, and the student’s last name and/or permanent address must be the same as that on the vehicle registration. Permits are available on a first come, first serve basis, and only one vehicle per resident is permitted.
South Residence parking is located in Lots B, C, D & E(Ring road behind the residences). North Residence parking is available at Lot F, and also Lots B, C, D & E. Prices effective as of April 1, 2012. Prices and schedules subject to change without notice.

Temporary Permits
Staff
Temporary permits are available to accommodate staff members working at U of T Scarborough for a period of less than one year or for an indefinite period.
Temporary permits are not available for undergraduate or graduate students, teaching assistants, or contract faculty eligible for payroll deduction.
Permits are sold on a monthly basis which is equivalent to the monthly permit price. There are no refunds for partially used months.

St.George Permits
St.George/ UTM Employee Permits at UofT Scarborough
Valid employee permits from St.George and UTM are accepted in the U of T Scarborough Outer Lots. For occasional visits, please display your permit and park in Outer Lot P3. Those who attend UT Scarborough more frequently may buy a prox card for access to Outer Lots P4 and P5.
St.George/UTM Student, Commercial permits and daily parking receipts are not valid at UofT Scarborough.
Any staff or faculty member who is at least 51% appointed to UofT Scarborough and has a valid UofT Scarborough parking permit is eligible to apply for a joint permit with the St. George campus.
There are two options available: reserved and unreserved. Option 1 is the reserved permit, and is valid at the 107 St. George Street lot only. Option 2 is the unreserved/hunting permit which allows parking in any of the unreserved lots.
Joint permits are not available to students.
