Availability of Inner Lot Parking

All Employee Parking Permits are valid in both the Inner and Outer parking lots on a first come first served basis.

Annual Renewal Procedure for Payroll Deduction Permits

Payroll Deduction Employee permits are valid through April 30 and must be renewed annually.

HOW TO PROCEED: Parking Office staff will send out renewal letters in early April for the following year. If you don't receive a renewal letter please contact the Parking Office at parking@utsc.utoronto.ca.

PERMIT RATES FOR PAYROLL DEDUCTION: Effective May 1, 2012, the monthly rate is $65.66

If you have a combination Scarborough/St. George permit, please note that there may be an increase applied to the St. George component of your permit payment in July of each year. Information on these rates will be available in June when the re-application process begins for St. George permits.

Cancellation of Payroll Deduction Permits

What do I do with my parking permit if I go on leave or I am off work due to illness?

If you no longer require parking at UofT Scarborough, or go on any type of leave (such as sabbatical, maternity or illness leave), it is very important that you return your permit to Parking Services in order to cancel your deductions in Human Resources’ payroll system and avoid any back-charges upon your return to work.

Permits returned for cancellation before the 10th business day of the month will be cancelled effective that month; permits returned for cancellation after the 10th business day of the month will be cancelled effective the following month. Permit deductions will not be cancelled retroactively.
